Kelly is the Strategic Advisor in matters of corporate finance at BluePrint CPAs. He is a career financial professional with M&A advisory, corporate finance, private equity investing and public market investing experience.

Kelly has spent his career analyzing private and public businesses from a primary investment standpoint and as an independent consultant, he has advised on numerous corporate finance engagements and M&A sale mandates.

His skills are broad ranged from rigorous financial modelling abilities to strategic and operational reviews. He has a track record of successfully navigating all aspects of the M&A process from preparation of a business for sale, to liaising with potential buyer targets, to negotiation and closing deals.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Wilfrid Laurier University. He devotes his personal time to family, world travel, exercise, and well-being.
